Protection Orders

- Protection Order is:

An order to protect yourself against one/more of the above crimes at the hands of another person. An order to inform the person that they are not allowed to continue with the crime against you. It is NOT a criminal case opened against another. A Protection Order will only turn into a criminal case should the other person breach the Order and be reported and actions taken against them by the SAPS. Protection Orders are obtained from the Magistrate in your area.

- Linking up and referrals to correct resources
